The session provided some great tactics to help site owners increase their presence on the internet. The nice folks over at alta-publishing.com provided a transcript of the discussion and the following text includes excerpts from the conversation.

So you can mix and match the components of these 800 words?
Sure, sure and based on the back links that we were shooting for, I will actually change up the linking within each one of those series of five or you know at least 10. If you actually change the anchor text either slightly or drastically to a whole different page just to change it up.
And you would pull that from the key word list then, the target key words?
From the key words list or what I call modifiers in a list, let us say you are linking for Anchor Text Links and so you might use something like Anchor Text Links, text kind of for links, you know a couple of different terms that are similar and go to the same place and are probably all in the title and in the text of what you are trying to accomplish. So you are getting anchor text that is relevant, it is similar but it is not identical.
