Absolutely and you have to do it in a normal pattern and when you say accelerated, you certainly don’t want to try and develop thousands of links quickly because that is a very unnatural sort of model, it just not happens out on the internet and so anymore, you know I mostly use contexts of well-respected, well-known web designers, webmasters, legitimate linking operations and for clients anyway it works to form alliances with those people to help each other site well.
