" So you are looking for one-way links, inbound links to your site?

Absolutely. And you know again the natural part of any linking inventory is going to be some reciprocal links. So I don�t tell people to ignore those completely because that is natural but in the end you really only want that to be, maybe 10% or 15% of your total link inventory and with a large number of people in the group you can offset the links in a one way fashion, that is beneficial to everybody. "
